About Us
The KCSO Auxiliary Deputies Association is an Illinois-registered not-for-profit corporation that works to lessen the burdens of government by supporting volunteer groups associated with various public safety organizations. While a majority of our members are current or retired Auxiliary Deputies of the Kendall County Sheriff's Office Auxiliary Unit, we are committed to supporting the work of any public safety volunteer group within our community.
Whether it is purchasing traffic safety equipment, arranging for specialized training, or offsetting the costs of ballistic vests purchased by volunteers, our organization is committed to supporting those men and women who give their time freely to help their communities and their neighbors.

Membership Requirements
To be eligible for voting membership, you must fall into one of the following categories:
A current, non-probationary, volunteer member of the Auxiliary Unit of the Kendall County Sheriff's Office who is in good standing.
An honorably separated volunteer member of the Auxiliary Unit of the Kendall County Sheriff's Office who was in good standing at the time of their separation and had more than five (5) years of service with the agency (not to exceed 25% of total membership.
A current, non-probationary, volunteer member of a group associated with a public safety agency that has a jurisdiction partially or completely within Kendall County, Illinois who is in good standing (not to exceed 15% of total membership).
Non-voting membership may be extended to individuals who have had a significant impact on the association and its mission. These individuals may include significant community members, representatives of other public organizations, or volunteers who do not meet the above requirements.
Dues for the association are currently $10/year.

Donations
If you are interested in donating to the KCSO Auxiliary Deputies Association, or if you would like more information on how donations are utilized by our organization, please email board@kcsoauxiliary.org.
At this time, the KCSO Auxiliary Deputies Association is unable to directly accept donations of physical equipment/items due to storage limitations, however, we would be happy to assist with facilitating this type of donation directly to a public safety organization that fits the mission of the association.
